Summer training camp of Ukrainian Kyokushinkaikan Karate Federation was held on June 23rd-30th, 2019. This year it was located at the recreation center “Hrinnyky” on the bank of the Hrinnyky water reservoir. 150 sportsmen of Shihan Dmytro Volynets’s branch participated in the camp.
Training consisted of morning running, detailed kata and kihon training, pair work, sparring, and fights combinations training. Instructors were Shihan Dmytro Volynets (Lutsk), Sensei Dmytro Golovin (Dnipro), Oleksandr Bachurin (Lviv), Andriy Gavryliuk (Brovary), Vadym Shumik (Lutsk), Vasyl Shevchuk (Lutsk), Senpai Mariia Prykhodko (Lutsk).
Thanks to the training our sportsmen successfully passed ku-tests at the end of the camp.
There also was some entertainment besides training. It included swimming in the lake, soccer and volleyball tournaments, barbeque and amateur performances.
