Members of the Federation took part in European camp

The 10th European summer training camp for Branch-Chiefs, instructors and sportsmen was held in German town Bad-Hersweld from 2018-08-02 to 2018-08-05. The camp hosted sportsmen from Germany, Denmark, USA, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Finland, Italy, Estonia, Belgium and Ukraine. I.K.O. Matsushima vice president John Tailor (Australia) attended the camp, too. Overall guidance of the camp was conducted by the president of European organization Shihan Klaus Rex (Denmark).

Camp program included kihon, kata, kumite and general physical training. German trainers guided running uphill every morning before the main training. Kumite training was conducted by world champion, two-time Europe champion Sensei Lila Herseg (Hungary).

General organization level was very high, taking into account all the possibilities, desires, and good eating. Also, there was a meeting of Branch Chiefs and dojo operators, where they discussed next camp and future European Championship.
