Open Melitopol kyokushinkaikan karate championship in kumite among children (age categories 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15) juniors (16-17) and adults was held at Children Sports School 1 of town Melitopol on April, 29th 2017. Main judge of the competition was judge of national level Andriy Zhornyak (3rd dan).
The competition gathered 200 participants from town Melitopol and Melitopol district, Dnipro, Vilnogirsk, Energodar, Kamianskiy. Fighters from Melitopol and Melitopol district were trained under the guidance of Andriy Zhornyak, Anatoliy Zinchenko, Volodymyr Maleev, Artem Durmadji. Fighters of town Melitopol and Melitopol district have shown good results and won 1st place in team ranking.
Champions and prize-winners in corresponding weight and age categories were granted certificates, medals and prizes.
