Kyokushinkaikan Karate

2^ndOpen kyokushinkaikan karate cup for children and juveniles (6-7, 8-9 and 10-11 y.o.) was held at the sports complex of Dnipropetrovsk School N72 on November 16^th 2014. The competition was organized by Dnipropetrovsk regional branch of All-Ukrainian organization “Ukrainian Kyokushinkaikan Karate Federation”.

90 young sportsmen took part in the competition. These fighters represented different clubs from Dnipropetrovsk region: IKO Matsushima, Budokai Karate and tae-kwon-do. The overall atmosphere of the tournament was friendly and warm.

Young members of Dnipropetrovsk regional IKO Matsushima organization have shown good results. Golovin Nazar and Surusov Eduard won 1^st place in their weight categories, and Svydkiy Alexander (the lightest sportsmen of the tournament – 17 kg) got 2^nd place, and Dereziuk Rostyslav won 3^rdplace.
