International Tournament “Oyama Cup” was held in town Novograd-Volynskiy (Zhytomyr region) on December 07th, 2013. Although some fighters didn’t come to the tournament because of various reasons, there still were more 200 fighters and the competition was well organized. We would like to express our gratitude for the warm welcome and high level of organization, especially to Gordiyenko Oleksandr and Mykytovych Igor.
Ukrainian Kyuokushinkaikan Karate Federation was represented by 7 fighters from Donetsk regional branch. All the fighters had shown good results – 6 champions and 1 second place in the absolute weight category (16-17 years old), where two our fighters fought for the 1st place.
