All-Ukrainian summer Kyokushin Karate training camp was held at the recreation camp on the lake Pisochne (Turiysk sub-region of Volyn region). The camp was held for the second time. There were 4 trainings every day. Morning training started with a 4-km cross-country race. After that Sensei Volynets Dmytro and Sensei Kondratyev Volodymyr instructed the participants in kihon, kata and kumite. There was also one night training. Ku-test was held on the July 1st.
The weather was favorable for trainings and nice rest. Sportsmen swam in the clear lake, went to the forest, gathered berries and mushrooms. There were also soccer and volleyball games between teams from Volyn and Dnipropetrovsk. At the end of the camp its participants built a fire, sang songs and enjoyed the farewell dinner (sayonara).
